I've been doing business with River View (River Oaks) Ford since the mid 80's. Although I live in Indiana, when my car needed service they arranged to pick it up and leave a loaner. Mike G. kept me updated regularly on the status of the service and brought attention to some issues I was unaware of without trying to upsell.
