Ahhhh what a relief. Props goes to Rich! We had to do the majority of the talking over the phone as we live 2hrs away which went smooth. We that way knew we were walking into the deal where we wanted it already. We get there and the car had a little extra damage (scraps and dents) than pictures showed so they took a few extra bucks off without even arguing it with us. Car also had an airbag warning on (airbag sensor) which is "common" with the Subaru Foresters. (We bought a used one here) - and they are taking care of any of the costs for the repair. Which they also didn't even argue and was their offer. I'm really happy with how things went here. Everyone including the finance guy (Gary!) was extremely helpful and nice. We walked out very happy and they took care of any issues we had with 0 arguments. Maybe it is cause we're out in the Country vs our home area... but boy oh boy that was a nice relief with a good experience. Very happy overall with this dealer.
What a great experience!!! I was looking for a specific vehicle with specific options and they were able to find it. I have bought a number of cars for myself and my business and they have been the best to deal with... Jack and John were very responsive to all my needs when it came to the new car. Answered every question I had directly. And worked out a deal I felt was fair to both sides.Actual purchase process was streamlined and painless. No attempt to upsell items after the fact or play any financing games.
