To ensure your power requirements are met, the 2017 Ford Super Duty offers a choice of rear- and all-wheel drive, a TorqShift 6-speed SelectShift Automatic® transmission, and two high-performance engines:

• The 6.2L V8 flex-fuel engine is standard on the Super Duty F-250 and Super Duty F-350, and outputs 385 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque. With this engine and rear-wheel drive, the F-250 achieves a max conventional towing capacity of 15,000 pounds, while the F-350 maxes out at 16,700 pounds. Payload capacities measure in at a max of 4,200 pounds for the F-250 and 7,630 pounds for the F-350.
• Standard on the F-450, the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel V8 engine is rated at 440 hp and 925 lb-ft of torque. Paired with the Super Duty F-450 Crew Cab and all-wheel drive, this engine offers a max conventional towing capacity of 21,000 pounds and a max payload capacity of 5,320 pounds.
