  • Standard on the Sport and Platinum, the 365-hp 3.5L turbo EcoBoost V6 engine tows up to 5,000 pounds. Four-wheel drive is standard with this engine, netting the Explorer an EPA-estimated 16 mpg city/22 mpg highway rating.
