Craig and Abe were very accommodating when it came to purchasing my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Traveling from Ohio, I was spectacle of traveling that far to purchase a vehicle seeing that just 3 weeks earlier I traveled two hours to another dealership after being assured the vehicle I was going to look at was "clean." That was not the case. Upon speaking with Craig online he assured me the trip would be worth it due to the condition on the vehicle. We worked out a trade-in price for my vehicle and I took the chance. I was not disappointed!!! The Jeep was even better than what Craig described and the internet pictures did not do it justice. When I arrived I was met by Abe who completed the purchase with me. I was there less than two hours and back on the road to catch a Cubs game. The customer service was so good at River View, I would consider making the trip back when it is time for my wife to purchase a vehicle. Thank y'all very much for making my car buying experience a pleasant one.
We were able to come to an agreement over the phone so when we got to the dealership, there was no haggling, just handshake and sign. Craig and Abe were great.

Starting remotely with Craig and then with Aldo and Abraham on-site in Oswego, all were friendly, efficient and not the stereotypical high pressure car sales team, After some negotiation, we made a deal work for everyone on a Maverick which is a very popular model. The dealership is at least a 45 minute drive from my home and nonetheless it was worth the trip!
